Who we are?

Nordic PM is composed of a team of professionals with over two decades of experience in the construction industry, both nationally and internationally. Our executive and technical teams have successfully collaborated on more than 150 projects across Mexico and the United States.

We offer comprehensive services in Project Management / Owner's Representation, Pre-Construction, and Construction, either as an integrated package or independently. This flexibility allows our clients to contract specific services or select turnkey delivery methods such as Design-Build, Turn key, Lump Sum, Guaranteed Maximum Price, or Construction Management.

Our construction division stands out for its experience, technical expertise, and adaptability, tailored to meet each client’s specific needs. We provide services in pre-construction (planning and budgeting), project management, and full construction execution, in both domestic and international markets.
